Yes, we offer a free one-hour session for new students. This session allows students to get acquainted with their tutor, discuss their learning goals, and experience our teaching style before committing to regular sessions.

We offer both online and in-person tutoring sessions, depending on your preference and location. Our online sessions are conducted via Zoom/Google Meet, and our tutors will come to you if you decide to go with in-person sessions.

Our tutors work closely with students to set achievable goals and provide regular updates to parents about the student’s progress. Progress is monitored through Tutorbird where students, parents, and tutors can have regular progress checks to identify any possible setbacks in the students’ academic journeys

You can cancel or reschedule a session by contacting your tutor directly at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full charge of the session.

Billing is done BIWEEKLY. We automatically bill the credit/debit card on file for the lessons that took place in the previous month. Detailed receipts and lesson records will be emailed and are accessible through your TutorBird account.
